I studied at Stony Brook University, graduating with a degree in Theatre Arts in 1982. I performed with a professional theatre company for years before attending law school. I studied at Hofstra University School of Law graduating in 1988 in the top 10% of my class and was on Law Review. I began my career at the Suffolk County District Attorney’s Office where I moved through the District Court, Narcotics and Grand Jury Bureaus during my tenure there. I then joined, what was at the time, the largest personal injury law firm in New York as a senior trial attorney. After leaving there, I began in private practice where I have continued to represent clients in personal injury matters for nearly four decades.
On the personal side, I have been married to my lovely wife for over 40 years. My wife and I are the proud parents of three adult children who have blessed us with six amazing grandchildren. I continue my love of theatre studying and performing as part of a local improve group. I am an avid ice hockey player and continue play regularly. I was the coach of a New York State high school ice hockey championship team in 2017. I am passionate about health and enjoy staying active as much as possible.
